Daily Report : Weekly Wrap for Oct 22 - Breadth Thrusts, Risk-On Behavior, Metals Double

This week, we saw a breadth thrust in S&P 500 stocks, with more than 80% of them rising above their 10-day averages. Risk appetite has returned as most indicators show risk-on behavior. Industrial metals have now doubled from their low, which has been bad for them, good for stocks.
