Weekly Wrap for Oct 1 - Momentum Streaks End, Couple of Commodities Surge, Chinese Tech Washout

This week, we saw small options traders pull back on speculative activity, as the small-cap Russell 2000 continued a near-record stretch without a new high or falling into a correction. Utilities have been pounded, and Chinese tech stocks are showing panic-level breadth. Bonds also got hit, and crude oil is facing an important juncture.
