S&P 500 members show recovery, too
Like we're seeing with countries around the world, stocks within the S&P 500 are mostly recovered medium-term, but not long-term. More than 80% of them are above their 50-day moving averages, while fewer than 35% have clawed back above their 200-day averages. That's only happened three other times, with two of them leading to tests of the initial low.
