Small-cap trend, too
With the euro dropping below its 200-day average for the first time in a while, small-cap stocks have started to crack, too. Their pummeling on Tuesday, barring a last-minute reversal, will push the Russell 2000 below its 50-day average for the first time in almost 4 months.

The index hasn't reacted particularly well to losing its medium-term trend for the first time in more than 90 sessions.

When we further require that it was at an all-time high within the past couple of weeks, then the sample size shrinks considerably. it's a bit troubling that while the numbers in the table don't look all that bad, the chart clearly shows some longer-term troubles.
