The S&P is on track for its 5th straight gain. At new highs. In July.

Pretty rare. The last four all preceded chop at best.

Going all the way back, short-term returns were mostly negative, especially over the next couple of sessions.

Looking at longer-term returns, the next 1-3 months were dicey, with only four signals escaping a negative return on one of those time frames. Five of the last six signals were negative two months later.
