The incessant rally that was showing some signs of cracking is seeing fewer of those now. There was enough buying interest on Monday to push 700 issues on the Nasdaq exchange to a 52-week high. There were few new lows. That means that the net number of issues at 52-week highs accounted for more than 17% of all securities traded on the exchange, the 8th most of all days since 1984. Incredible.
