End of calm days

Looks like we're finally going to end the streak of 26 sessions without a 1% move in the S&P 500. When a long streak of calm ending with a big down day, and the S&P was still relatively close to a 52-week high, it did tend to struggle in the following week or so. 

The biggest exception was the last signal, in October 2024. That one ended up being a multi-month low. Most of the others were bumpy.
